Qigong (Chi Kung) is the art of self-cultivation by harmonizing the energies of Heaven, Earth, and Humans. Gong or Kung in Chinese means skills or achievements acquired through sincere practice.

Qigong teaches a practitioner how to improve his/her health and increase longevity through the cultivation of internal energy. Continued effort will lead to a greater spirit of vitality.

Success in Qigong is not affected by ones age or gender. Everyone, from a 5 year old to a 95 year old, will receive benefits and masters come in all shapes and sizes.
